By downloading, installing, or using the Underground Nation app ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Description of Service
Underground Nation is a music discovery platform that allows users to:
- Discover and stream music from independent artists
- Follow artists and create playlists
- Earn and spend Ampz (virtual points) for various activities
- Participate in promotions and sweepstakes
- Access exclusive content through subscriptions
User Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 require parental consent.
Ampz Virtual Currency
Ampz are virtual points earned through app activities. Ampz:
- Have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency
- Are non-transferable between accounts
- May expire or be forfeited if your account is terminated
- Can be modified or discontinued at our discretion
User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload but grant Underground Nation a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App. You agree not to upload content that:
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
- Is illegal, obscene, or harmful
- Contains malware or malicious code
Artist Accounts
Artists who claim profiles agree to:
- Have rights to the music they upload
- Grant us license to stream and promote their music
- Be responsible for clearing samples and features
Subscriptions & Purchases
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Prices may change with notice
- Refunds follow Apple/Google app store policies
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, or automation to manipulate the platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresent your identity
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Underground Nation and protected by intellectual property laws.
Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Underground Nation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes.
